How are you?



How are you? Have you emotionally checked in with yourself? Have you kept aside your work lately and just let be? Have you taken a deep breath and looked around and smiled?
Have you taken a moment to show gratitude towards every breath you are taking? Have you taken a moment to be  grateful for your senses that help you experience different things and the world around you? Have you slowed down lately? Have you taken a moment to acknowledge your feelings and let them surface without any judgement? Have you allowed yourself to sit still, free from distractions, and just be? Are you grateful for the little things that often go unnoticed, the ones that make each moment unique? Have you taken that deep, calming breath today? It's been really long since you asked yourself, so just wanted to ask - How are you?
